Downsville Community Museum

feel free to check out the site at SATURDAY 7 A M- 3 PM MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY     MAILING ADDRESS: N2713 STATE ROAD 25, MENOMONIE, WI  54751On January 27th 2015 The Town of Dunn purchased the Empire Pine in Pine building, also known and the Oddfellows Hall, from Dunn County.The Town Board formed a committee to open the building. The building was inspected and is in good shape. Before Downsville Day 2015 the committee, along with some generous volunteers, cleaned the building, painted the downstairs and refinished the floor.In the Fall of 2015 a new  sidewalk was poured along the east-side of the building and we soon hope to have a Free Library installed along that wall.In 2015 all new windows were installed upstairs.In 2016 the upstairs was painted and the museum opened for special events. The museum was registered on the Historic Society site. in 2017, the museum should be open on Saturdays from Memorial day to Labor day. This building is owned by the people in The Town of Dunn now and the committee is opened to your suggestions.Feel free to contact us:
